Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a simple, evidence-informed approach that works with both the mind and body.

 

By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on what’s coming up, we send a calming signal to the brain’s stress centre, helping your system settle and your body feel safe again.

Even after one session, many people feel calmer, lighter and more in control.
