Working Together
My work is not about fixing you. It’s about supporting you to move forward in a way that feels safe, gentle, and true for you.
It is a collaborative process, and my role is to guide, reflect and hold space for you, not to do the work for you.
You remain the expert in your own life, and I’ll empower you to make decisions for yourself. I will always respect your autonomy, boundaries and readiness. Likewise, I ask that you arrive willing to take ownership of your journey.
Note: Coaches and counsellors are not part of Medicare so Tamara Jenkins Wellness does not provide Medicare rebates or mental health treatment plans.
Boundaries & Expectations
To protect the integrity of this work, for both of us, it’s important to be clear about boundaries.
I cannot:
-
change your life for you
-
‘make’ transformation happen
-
override your nervous system or timing
What I can do is:
-
offer skilled, compassionate support
-
walk beside you as you do the work
-
guide you through tools and processes safely
